We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

We stayed in the Magpie and it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. It was a rainy weekend but we made good use of the BBQ and hot tub under the covered porch! Very clean and comfiest bed ever! We also visited the coffee shop and took in the view at the beach. This place is a treasure for sure!

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Lake House! The scenery was beautiful! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Swimming and fishing in the lake was so much fun. Chaz was super responsive and friendly. This will definitely go down as one of our favourite vacations ever. Our oldest even caught his first fish ever, right off the deck! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the ultimate vacation in comfort and relaxation!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

This was our second stay at Coastal Cottages, we rented #1&5 this time! Loved them both, had everything we needed, so clean and decorated so beautifully. Love St. Martin’s, the seacaves, the little shops and especially the lobster rolls and seafoood chowder! We’ll be back, thanks Kevin and Sally, you two are awesome hosts!

Beautiful property with stunning views. We were a group of three couples and the property had everything we needed. We especially loved the deck(s) and screened outdoor BBQ/kitchen area.

We were looking for a quiet place near Annapolis Royal yet out-of-town, and we found it. The trips to surrounding towns, restaurants, and tourist sites were easy and there was little traffic. Although not all the rooms in the cabin have been fully renovated yet, Patrick thoughtfully provided comfortable furnishings, and there were many 'homey' touches that we appreciated, like adequate lighting in each room, good quality linens and towels, and flowers on the table. We enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen, great shower, and deck for relaxing, outdoor breakfasts, and views of Milbury Lake from the private beach. Patrick was a responsive host and made sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed.

Such wonderful history breathes inside the walls of this two century old cottage! It feels like an autobiography stepping inside. Be sure to read about the cottage’s history and that of the area lighthouses on your stay!

A small group of us stayed the may long weekend for bachelorette and it was absolutely beautiful! Even though it was raining we had a cozy time inside and enjoyed watching the waves from the window. This was the best stocked kitchen and bathroom I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Everything we needed was always there! The beds were extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Diane is an Awesome Superhost! Very attentive. The Quiet Country Farmhouse is a quaint, classic and reconditioned (upgrades would appear to be ongoing, based on recent upgrades observed) Farmhouse, with modern amenities, located in a beautiful rural, quiet countryside with a great view of Lake Washademoak. Very roomy/spacious even for 7 adults. Only abt 4 min walk to the lakefront and Nan's Country general store is only abt 7 min drive. Cows in the pasture across the road and apple and cherry trees were ripe for the picking while/when we were there.

A beautiful place to stay! The cottage is super clean and has so much charm. Everything worked really well, we were given plenty of towels for the bathroom and the kitchen, the private lake access was wonderful, and we enjoyed playing badminton, bocce ball and cards. We only stayed for three days but would have been happy to stay for a full week! Just a really lovely space! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We absolutely loved this gem of a cottage. Melissa was a fantastic host! Every detail was perfect Highly recommend staying here, wouldl definitely rebook if visiting the area again.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The cutest little beach cottage. My mother & I along with our 2 Australian Shepard’s stayed here for 4 days. The cottage is stocked with absolutely everything you could need. I was able to cook full meals & not once looked for something I needed they didn’t have. Lucas has put so many details into this cottage that make your stay enjoyable. Like having a trolly to bring the kayak’s down to the water, a wagon to bring down your fire wood, ect. The morning calm water was beautiful for kayaking. We saw a wild turkey, heard an owl during our fire on the beach, loons, birds. A hidden gem surrounded by nature. The bedrooms are very small however at a place like this you’ll be outside on the deck or beach 90% of your time anyway. The cottage is only 10 minutes away from a little town with a grocery store, shoppers, Irving, ice cream stand. It was so convenient to be so close to things. The sunset views on the beach are also amazing. We will be back.

Melissa has done a beautiful job decorating and equipping her place. The kitchen is very well equipped and the place is cozy. The beds were not very comfortable and the heat was difficult to set at a comfortable level. We woke up the first morning very cold and uncomfortable. The baseboard heater had a broken display in one of the bedrooms so it was a lot of trail and error to get to working but never got it right. Ended up sleeping with the door open to keep the room somewhat comfortable. The other bedroom that we used also has a baseboard heater, but was also difficult to set to a comfortable level. If traveling in the off-season, you’ll want to bring groceries as most local restaurants close for the season. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful gem of a place! This cottage is very cozy and the serene location made a very relaxing stay. The description doesn’t do this place justice, we will certainly be back again. Thank you Sharon for being such a great host.

Wow! Lysandra’s place was beautiful and spacious for our family of 6 adults. The house overlooked the water and was surrounded by woods making it extremely peaceful and serene. We felt right at home.

Great stay for the 6 of us while in New Brunswick! Perfect amount of space for us to dine in, play cards around the table, watch a movie, sit around the fire & play games in the yard. Nice quiet area and only a 20 mins drive to downtown. Chantal was very responsive & provided quick solution to an issue with the hot water & it was working again in no time. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be the bugs outside were definitely trying to claim their territory!

The cottage was cheerful, and our hosts provided for every contingency! With a morning deck, an afternoon porch and a chaise in the living room. What could be better! Thank you both so much!

Printz Cove was a beautiful location and the place was more than we could have imagined. The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for our family gathering with our kids and grandkids. Thanks to the fun games room, a rainy day was still lots of fun too. We spent time Fishing, Canoeing, Kayaking and lots of fun just playing on the rocks by the water! Having a son in law as a Chef, he was thrilled with the amazing kitchen that was stocked well with nice pots and pans and that fridge was perfect for all our eats! Beds are very comfortable and lots of room for us all (there were 8 of us) We can't say enough about how perfect this place is. We will be back!

Can’t say enough about Seeley’s cove, Brought a tear to our eyes upon arrival and departure! Has EVERYTHING you need. From beach towels, toys and dinnerware. So beautifully decorated, To match the setting perfectly. We brought our paddle boards and got to see the seal's almost every evening. Private, perfect and peaceful. Can’t wait to return.
