Enjoy quiet minutes in close proximity to the main promenade. The apartment has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom and toilet are separated. In the courtyard you can eat or linger outdoors. The ICE station Hanau (3 bus stops) and the highway can be reached quickly. So it's only 20 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. Still the apartment itself is very quiet. The nearby Main invites you to take a walk. Various shops are within walking distance.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Auf 20m² erwartet dich ein liebevoll ausgestatteter Raum mit allem was man so braucht, sep. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ausserdem hast du deine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick in den Garten. 1-2 Erw., 1 Kind plus evtl. 1 Kleinkind.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

For example, Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.
