Newly built, accessible vacation home of 60 m² with a large kitchen-living room, terrace, bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

Our Dreiflüsse vacation home is about a five-minute walk from the historic center of Hann. Münden. Not only does the picturesque half-timbered house enchant you on the way, there are also many sights around the center, such as Weserstein, Tillyschanze or the Old Werra Bridge. Arriving at the vacation home, you park your car in the associated garage or in front of it, without stressful parking search. In the house, there are three bedrooms, a sauna, garden with garden house.

Welcome to our lovingly designed house in the historic old town, spread over three floors – perfect for couples, friends, business travelers, and cyclists. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny balcony or a glass of wine in the evening before strolling through the historic old town of Hann. Münden, which is right outside your doorstep. Two bedrooms, a bathtub for relaxation, and a secure bicycle storage area for up to four bikes make your stay even more comfortable.

Ferienhaus "Ahle Schinn" Relax on the Werra

Our cottage is a half-timbered house in "Klein Venice", the old fisherman's houses in front of the city wall and is limited by the Werra, the Werrabrücke and the old city wall. In the 1990s it has been lovingly renovated and has been modernized since then. Families with children are welcome! Cots for toddlers and high chairs are included at no extra charge. The ground floor is used by a café with beer garden, from which you can also be taken care of on request.

The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The summer house

Some time ago, we transformed the old horse stable into a "summer house" through some renovation measures. In doing so, 85 square meters of something unique. We hope that our future guests will feel very comfortable here. Look at the posted photos and let them work on you. We only offer this vacation home in the summer months, as HEATING in winter simply costs a lot of energy. A fireplace is available for the transitional period.

Quiet, 40 sqm apartment in a half-timbered house.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

With the renovation of our neighboring house, we have realized a dream. We feel extremely comfortable there, and have thus created a place where even more than four people can comfortably experience the magic of our forest and its tranquility. We see this place as an invitation to enjoy soothing community: be it in a family setting, for meetings as school or study friends or newer, warm acquaintances.

The old Remise is converted into a residential building in the 80s. In the meantime, we raised another hand. Now guests can spend their holidays in this lovingly renovated cottage or just relax for a weekend. - And right on the Weserradweg
