Zugeschnitten auf einen anspruchsvollen Messegast und bis zu zwei Städtereisende, bietet es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, durchdachten Stauraum, Doppelbett & ein Duschbad . Es liegt in direkter Nähe zur Universität, den Herrenhäusergärten und einem 3 Minuten Fußweg zur U6, die dich ohne Umsteigen zur Messe bringt.

Im früher als Praxis genutzten Anbau unseres Hauses steht euch dieses Studio zur alleinigen, privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung. Neben einem kleinen Flur mit Schuhschrank und Garderobe befindet sich das kleine Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Im großen, hellen Wohnraum gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile (aber KEINE vollausgestattete Küche) mit Spülbecken. Ein umklappbares Sofa bietet Platz für eine dritte Person. Hinter einer mittelhohen Trennwand befindet sich das Doppelbett direkt am großen Fenster.

Dear guests! We like to welcome you in our USA & Bike home! Only 10 minutes to walk to the tram station to Hannover & fair. You life in your own little house with a separat entrance. Enjoy the charm of the 2.10m high room. You stay in the nice 25m² room and have your own bath with shower. For entertainment you can use a football table, dart, TV and WiFi. In the room is also a fridge, microwave, waterheater and a coffeemachine for free use. Enjoy our beautiful terrace with a great view!

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer, if time permits, an airport transfer for a surcharge. With the bus, which runs directly in front of the door, you can reach the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
