This studio is available for your exclusive, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with sink. A fold-out sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-high partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

The studio room has - all in one - a kitchenette, an electric piano, a easel and a very large table at which you can eat and work, with wifi. The comfortable double bed is 1.60 m wide, the walk-in shower and sink are integrated in the bedroom. A small toilet room is right next to the bedroom. Parking is available in the yard right in front of the house.
