This is a large apartment 15 minutes walk from the city center. 15 sqm balcony with evening sun during the summer. It is my private apartment that I stay in as usual and it bears the imprint of it. Please read my books but please put them back in place. No partying and big company. It should be quiet in the building after 11pm. The airport bus goes directly to the apartment.
