The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Zonder hordes toeristen. (Die zitten in Giethoorn Zuid) Hier heerst nog heerlijke rust en de schoonheid van het oude dorp Giethoorn. Helaas niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen van 0 tot 8.
