You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Modern vacation home in the Eifel

My property is located in Strickscheid. A very small, quietly located village in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm, in the Germany-Belgium-Luxembourg border triangle. Both neighboring countries are about 25 minutes by car from this property. You'll love my place because of the very quiet location (remote location) and the beautiful views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Beautiful studio in the Siebengebirge

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The apartment was newly built in 2023. We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo Switch coffee maker, microwave and many kitchen utensils.

Wir vermieten ein freistehendes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus (100 m²), das 2021/22 komplett renoviert wurde. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und ist ideal für Familien, Wanderer und alle die Natur, Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Nur 3 km entfernt liegt der Golfplatz Lietzenhof mit seiner 18-Loch-Anlage inmitten wunderschöner Natur.
