On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

A small but nice non-smoking apartment with private entrance in upscale amenities is ready for you here. Whether you are looking for accommodation for your business trip, planning a longer stay or just want to spend a few days in a quiet environment – you should feel completely comfortable here!

Central business apartment on the Teuto

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

Old building charm for individualists

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay

Small attic apartment

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST. Kleine, ruhige Dachwohnung für 1-2 Personen am Stadtrand. Gut ausgestattet für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 1km. Halle bietet eine gemütliche Altstadt, die OWL-Arena, Nähe zu Wanderwegen (Teutoburger Wald...) Am Haus ist eine kleine Hobbyimkerei. Die Wohnung ist nicht behindertengerecht!

The nest in the south of Bielefeld

The lovingly designed property is located in the attic of a two-family house and is rurally located. The entire attic is used solely by our guests. Shopping by car can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Public transport can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes on foot. By car, it's 10-15 minutes to Bielefeld city.
