The apartment is located in Halle (Westphalia) in a settlement house. Surrounded by fields in a cul-de-sac location, it is very quiet here. The apartment is located on two floors on the first and second floor. In the lower part of the apartment is a small room with a sofa bed on which children or another 3rd person could sleep. From here it goes via a staircase to the second floor. Here is the kitchen with a small dining area, the shower room and the bedroom.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

The 40 m² Leinenstube apartment is located on the second floor for 2 people. The light-flooded attic apartment is ideal for a cozy stay for two. If you cuddle up on the sofa or in bed in the evening, you can look past the old rafters from 1778 and enjoy the starry sky through the generous skylights, while the small panoramic stove provides cozy warmth. The in-house sauna is available to every guest at short notice by arrangement.

Are you in Gütersloh for business or are you just visiting privately? The apartment is definitely ideal for this. It is fully furnished and is located on a quiet side street near downtown Gütersloh. The apartment is 39 square meters, is on the second floor and belongs to a six-family house with very quiet tenants. Built in 1984, the house is well maintained. The apartment is also ideal for longer stays in Gütersloh.

Old building charm for individualists

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST. Rechts aus der Haustür raus und rein ins Grüne. Tolle Spaziergeh-Runden oder Fahrradrouten laden zum Entspannen ein. Unsere Einliegerwohnung ist perfekt für alle, die beruflich unterwegs sind und Lust haben den Feierabend in Ruhe zu verbringen. Auch Kurz-Urlauber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, gerne in Begleitung des Haustiers.

Spatzennest

Kleine, ruhige Dachwohnung für 1-2 Personen am Stadtrand. Gut ausgestattet für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 1km. Halle bietet eine gemütliche Altstadt, die OWL-Arena, Nähe zu Wanderwegen (Teutoburger Wald...) Am Haus ist eine kleine Hobbyimkerei. Die Wohnung ist nicht behindertengerecht!

The lovingly designed property is located in the attic of a two-family house and is rurally located. The entire attic is used solely by our guests. Shopping by car can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Public transport can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes on foot. By car, it's 10-15 minutes to Bielefeld city.
