Extremely comfortable seating furniture, stereo system, cable radio and TV, fireplace in addition to central heating. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Ostbahnhof, approximately 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, approximately 5 minutes to the local recreation area. Lockable bicycle shed.

We are ideally located between Hanover and Hildesheim right on the edge of the field. The fair is only about 15 minutes away by car. Hildesheim with its World Heritage Site is also 15 minutes away. Welcome! Our house is located in the Moritzberg district, just 2.5 km from the pretty city center. In just 100 m there is a supermarket, hairdresser, dentist, pharmacy and bakery. The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
