Dear guests! We like to welcome you in our USA & Bike home! Only 10 minutes to walk to the tram station to Hannover & fair. You life in your own little house with a separat entrance. Enjoy the charm of the 2.10m high room. You stay in the nice 25m² room and have your own bath with shower. For entertainment you can use a football table, dart, TV and WiFi. In the room is also a fridge, microwave, waterheater and a coffeemachine for free use. Enjoy our beautiful terrace with a great view!

Our 75 sqm 1-room apartment upstairs with WiFi and shared use of the garden is suitable for business travelers and tourists. Our village is quiet and conveniently located (in 20 minutes) between Hildesheim and Hanover - directly on the federal highway 6 and near the highway 7. Public parking in front of the property. From the neighboring village of Sarstedt, the train goes to Hanover in 12 minutes. Supermarkets nearby. If desired, there is connection to our nice family. Bicycle rentable.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
