Hikers, cyclists and dog owners can start at the door. Nearby are a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The independent apartment is quiet, cozy and stylish. Our village is quiet and conveniently located (in 20 minutes) between Hildesheim and Hanover - directly on the federal highway 6 and near the highway 7. Public parking in front of the property. From the neighboring village of Sarstedt, the train goes to Hanover in 12 minutes. Supermarkets nearby. If desired, there is connection to our nice family. Bicycle rentable.

The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
