Excellent place to stay, especially due to its amenities and proximity to the University of Hartford. Antonio was super friendly and responsive - will look to stay here again in the future!

When you get to the location, you could feel concerned about the area because of the old buildings around, and also when you get to the location you might feel it would not be a good stay, but immediately you open the door to get in you will be amazed 100%. Very clean, organized, smells so good inside. I was very very impressed. It feels just like home, the linens smells so fresh, you can still perceive the fragrance of the laundry detergent just so you know it was newly washed. I ENJOYED my stay.

Terrific water pressure in shower & windows. Loved the soft cushion mattress .Very clean and welcoming environment . Suggestion : provide a Keurig machine Would like to stay here again in future.

My girlfriend and I had a truly lovely stay at this B&B. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was maintained with great care—the place was absolutely pristine. We especially appreciated the privacy of the location—it felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away just enough to disconnect while still being accessible. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, even setting aside a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. Communication was excellent throughout—responsive, clear, and genuinely warm. Every interaction felt intentional, with attention to detail that made us feel welcome and valued. Highly recommended for couples looking for a quiet, intimate escape with top-tier hospitality.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

this place is magical. my sisters and I have stayed here twice now, for her wedding and now for mine. both times the home has been clean and the overall experience has been wonderful.

Mark’s place was great. Super clean and everything functioned as expected. Short walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Most valuable for us was its being practically next door to the Delamar Hotel where we went several times for breakfast and dinner. Great spot when visiting West Hartford.

It's a quiet spot in the city, with great communication with the host. I'd just add a few basics to the kitchen to improve the experience.

Staying at Jeri's place was a spur of the moment "stay-cation" for me to get a little rest & relaxation away from home. I reached out fairly late at night to book & Jeri was very responsive & flexible on having me check in last minute. I've stayed a lot of Airbnbs/cabins & I can honestly say that none have been as well stocked as Jeri's. Tons of spices, condiments, ziplocs, pots/pans/bake wear, toiletries, & even fresh eggs, milk and maple syrup to go with the pancake mix that was provided. The funny thing is that I have a lot of food restrictions so I wasn't able to eat any of it but I genuinely appreciated the thoughtfulness. There were even dog bowls, a bed & treats for my chihuahua which was especially sweet! Very, very clean! Everything was spotless. This is a very well taken care of AirBnB. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The chickens were so cute & the garden is very impressive. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot. Jeri was great to talk to! I will definitely be back. :)

I chose Marlene’s lovely spot primarily because it was in a location convenient for short trips to visit family and friends in Wallingford, Middlebury and Middletown while on my way south from New Hampshire. The peaceful, quiet surroundings along with a spotless, well-appointed accommodation made it very appealing: highly recommended.

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

Viktoriya’s place was a perfect place for a quick stay! Lots of windows to open for a breeze to come in to cool down the place! Viktoriya was very responsive and flexible. My flight landed at 1 and she let me check in early, free of charge! I’ll be back in Hartford this time next year and I would come back here!

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

Heather was amazing. The place was just as described and immaculately clean. Any questions we had, Heather responded back in 10 minutes. All in all the property was a gem and Heather is a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for a short or long term stay.

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

Uniquely charming apartment in very beautiful setting, great walking trails near by. Beautiful small town atmosphere with great dining near by. Apartment is clean, comfortable & quiet! Courtney could not have been a better host! Responded very quickly to any questions we had. Apartment was well stocked making for a very comfortable stay. Will most certainly return for another visit!

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
