Es hat eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Schlafnische, die über eine Leiter zu erreichen ist und einen tollen Ausblick auf Pferde, Hunde und eine Voliere mit Hühnern. Das Häuschen ist im Süden von Speyer in einem GEWERBEGEBIET und kann ab mind. 2 Nächte gebucht werde. Nah am Auwald und nur 5 Automin. bzw. 20 -30 Gehmin. vom Dom und der Innenstadt entfernt. Unweit ist eine Bushaltestelle. WLAN gibt’s, ist ganz, ganz schlecht.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

Very nice, quiet apartment! Modern and cozy furnishings. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. We caught the first hot days and yet it was pleasantly cool in the apartment even at night. The view of the Palatinate Forest, the Wingert, the Rhine Valley and the Hambach Castle are a small highlight. From the apartment you can start your hikes directly, use the great local outdoor swimming pool and simply leave the car behind, as everything is within walking distance. Thanks also to Dirk & Carolin for the simple and friendly communication! :)

I really enjoyed the stay in Speyer in the beautifully located and super beautifully furnished apartment with living room/kitchen, extra bedroom and extra bathroom and underneath a very very stylish great café and immediately felt at home… everything there from coffee to tea, large refrigerator… large TV… nice dishes etc. Very stylish and lovingly furnished! Very nice and prompt communication! Will come back!
