Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

queda a doce minutos de la estacion de tranvia y el tren ,hay dos grandes centros comerciales dentro de cinco minutos con carro y al centro de graz con carro diez minutos y al aeropuerto cinco kilometros. La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa.
