Convenient location in the city triangle of Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good connection to the A63, A6 and A61. The Vier-Länder-Weg [Four-Country Trail] leads directly past the house. The Jakobs Pilgerweg [St. James Pilgrimage Route] is 3 km away.

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min.) in 14 minutes. Bus line/train station Neckarau (7 min walk).
