What a fantastic place! We stayed at Cameron lake for our annual girls trip. We love playing games and this place was right up our alley. All the details in this cottage made our stay effortless. We got hit by a very severe storm and lost power but the generator kicked right on in a matter of seconds. Great place!

Angie and Bill were lovely hosts and their cabin made us feel comfortable and at peace on our vacation straight away. Lots of amenities (eg kayaks, canoes, corn hole, bbq, fire pit, hot tub, tented outdoor space, etc) which were all great to have easy access to. Cabin was beautiful, clean, and a refreshing space. Would definitely recommend a stay. Thanks for the lovely and much needed weekend away from the busy city life!

Wanda’s cozy little cabin was the perfect spot for a relaxing winter getaway! Her place exceeded the photos, as soon as we walked in Wanda already had the wood stove fireplace going so that the place was warm and cozy when we arrived. She was extremely pleasant and responsive when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! Would definetley recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible stay! Nick’s cottage was spotless and beautifully designed. I was so impressed by the quality of the bedding and how clean everything was. The kitchen pantry was the best-stocked I’ve ever seen—we didn’t need a thing! We loved the homemade bread and had so much fun with the included kayaks and paddleboards. They even surprised my boyfriend with wine and a branded t-shirt for his birthday. Amazing attention to detail and fast, friendly communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Definitely worth the money, this was a beautiful private getaway for me and my husband. The hot tub was the higlight of our stay and the host was easy to get a hold of and responsive, we would love to come back and stay here in the future!

In a word, perfect. the place was pristine and private, and Dan was great to deal with. there is a town 5 minutes up the road as well, so while it's private and feels remote, you still have access to a grocery store etc. we WILL be staying here again, and I cannot wait!

We had an incredible stay at Michelle and Gary’s beautiful designer cottage! The space is stunning, with an amazing view that instantly puts you at ease. It truly feels like a luxury hotel—every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (just bring your food!), and the bedrooms were super comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The layout is perfect for multiple families, with a large open area to gather and plenty of cozy nooks to relax and unwind separately. The boathouse was a big hit—it’s well-equipped with lots of water sports gear, and the dock is a great spot for fishing. An ideal getaway!! we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Overall amazing stay. Raene and Alex were great, always responded quickly, provided detailed information on how to use the various utilities in the home (propane stove, wood stove, etc.), and gave good info on trails to explore on their property. The cabin itself is beautiful. Great craftsmanship, and allows you to be in the bush while still having the convenience of a regular home (washroom, wifi, tv, etc.). The land encapsulates the Ontarian bush well. It was enjoyable to explore, with a beautiful waterfall nearby, and the Bonnechere caves a short drive away. Their horses are also beautiful and super friendly. Would recommend anyone stay here, whether you’re a local or not, theres something for everyone. Also, the maple syrup was delicious!

Such a cozy space that accurately reflected the Air BNB listing! The location was approximately 15 minute away from downtown Picton by car which was a major plus for us. Sally was proactive with her communication with us and always quick to respond to our messages. We arrived late in the evening and there was limited lighting along the long driveway which made it slightly more challenging when we first got there but this wasn't a huge deal. Sally has a large sign with arrows indicating for you to follow to the cabin & where to park your vehicle which was helpful. The cabin was well-furnished and clean. The bed and seating were very comfortable. Mother nature wasn't completely on our side for our weekend getaway as it rained and was slightly too cold for us to make use of the beautiful screened in porch, the fire pit or explore down by the water on the property. The cabin has a nice remote controlled fire place that adds an extra cozy touch. We would definitely recommend!

My partner and our dog spent a long weekend at Peter's cabin in the woods in mid-June, and it was perfect! Very private but only a 10 minute drive into Bancroft which had everything we could possibly have needed. Beautiful space (indoor and out) with everything we could have possibly needed. It's a perfect location for a weekend getaway! There was a booklet with clear instruction on the wood-burning fire, generator and battery, and the water situation, as well as a map of the property. We tried getting to 'beach 2' but there wasn't a clear path and couldn't find it, but the main beach was a 5 minute walk away and was beautiful, Completely private, sandy, and with clear water that was great to swim/float around in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet weekend getaway, and will almost definitely come back. Just make sure you keep the bug spray nearby!

We had an amazing time here! From the moment we arrived, it was peaceful and quaint. Walking in to cabin, it was far better than our expectations and the pictures posted. The big windows and open concept kitchen/dining/living room was amazing! We could see and hear nature without having to be in nature. Caitlin was a great host! Super attentive, friendly and responsive when we reached out. We will definitely be back! Would recommend this cabin a million times over!

Honestly, it was a dream home. The amount of care and thought that went into this off grid cabin is truly inspirational. Super clean, cozy and functional. We couldn’t believe how comfortable it was and how deep in the forest we are. Truly a rare find. I The very short walk to the river was actually a bonus because you got to walk through a sweet Canadian Shield forest vibe, just gorgeous. The place also felt bigger than the pictures depicted. Our host was warm, respectful and responsive. Communication was great. Thanks for all your hard work on this place and sharing it with us! We will definitely be coming back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin right on the water. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and get away from the noise of the city. The cabin itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need and more. Waking up to the view of the water just steps from the door was a highlight, and I even spotted some local wildlife during my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled retreat to recharge and disconnect, this place is ideal. Highly recommend.

Spent a night with some buddies and had a great time. The place was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the open concept too - the loft bedroom was really cool. Would highly recommend!

It was such a pleasure staying here! Hannah made us feel so at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She gave plenty of great recommendations for the area, and even called a nearby restaurant for us to squeeze us in (despite it being fully booked)! The cabin itself was comfortable and well stocked. We especially loved using the wood fire sauna and outdoor shower. We enjoyed the walking trails in the area and hanging out with the chickens. The cherry on top was the maple croissants in the morning and taking home fresh eggs and maple syrup from their farm! 100% would recommend for a weekend getaway.

Really good place to live, the place had everything you can ask for kayaking, fireplace, bikes, trails to try. The place was really nice, radek took so much time to work on the place and it was one of the most beautiful place I’ve stayed in. Really enjoyed my time there. Thank you radek :)

Our stay at the Redwood Cabin was great! Asha was very responsive ane helpful throughout the booking and check in period. The cabin and property was beautiful, clean, peaceful and everything as it is shown in the photos. Asha was also very helpful during the stay, answering any questions that came up. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, private getaway!

I booked on behalf of my husband and father in law who were hoping to get away for a dishing weekend. They had no complaints. It was the perfect location for fishing, and the cottage was exactly what they were looking for. The hosts were very clear with instructions and easy to reach should any issues arise. We would definitely book again 😃

Dan is a wonderful host and his cabin is beautiful. He greeted us upon check-in and provided us with kindling to make our campfire. The property is more beautiful and modern than the listing pictures let on. The bunk beds were large and spacious, and the view from the window is everything. Would highly recommend Dan's place!

Hilltop Cabin is such a hidden gem! It is exactly as described. Tucked away and surrounded by trees; we found it so peaceful with only the sounds of the birds, loons and very friendly chickens. Saw a deer cross the driveway as we arrived so that was a treat. Jenn is such a great host and provided every amenity you could possibly need, plus fresh eggs and other goodies. The host family is on the property but we never heard or saw them except for a much appreciated visit to advise us of a brief power outage. We are already planning to stay at this cabin again in the future. Were there any negative issues? Only the score in the hockey game!!
