Beachfront holiday rental in Hastings District

As always staying at Seasure was wonderful. We have stayed there several times over the last few years! The location is wonderful- right across the street is the beach. There are large rooms and comfortable furnishings throughout the 2 bedroom rental. A small back yard area in the back is perfect for our grandchildren when they visit use during our stay. Gemma is a wonderful host, and it is always our first choice of accommodations when we are in visited our daughter and her family in Bexhill.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Highlights were: amazing location right on the quiet beach, lovely garden with shade for hot days plus sunny spots too, large comfortable open plan living space, the coffee machine (complete with supply of pods), welcome basket, great position between Rye and Hastings - great for cafes and mooching round interesting shops - and variety of local walks on beaches and in countryside. And the wonderful hot weather we had! Mark was great at communication and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

My partner and I plus our dog, had a very enjoyable stay at Tom Thumbs Cottage. The cottage is located near to the beach and pier; and is easily accessible for lovely walks along the sea front. There are many places to go to eat, the Gelato place round the corner does great coffee and gelato. There is a fab fish and chip shop on the main road near the Londis and Sainsburys and I highly recommend The Marine Pub, very friendly staff and marvelous Sunday Roast. We would stay here again.

Thanks so much David & Donna for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant for proximity to the beach which was perfect for the children. The games room, table football and board games made our time very enjoyable. We went out and about a lot enjoying lovely days out at Battle, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux castle plus also enjoyed lovely meals out. Our favourite restaurant was the Thai restaurant in Battle (wonderful and would highly recommend)! The house was also the best equipped of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in! Thx so much.

This is one of those rare places that is actually better in real life compared to the photos! The views over the bay are spectacular and we were very comfortable in this stylish, impeccably clean property. It had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Big plus also that the beach directly outside the property is dog friendly. Thanks again!

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! Absolutely stunning location with an amazing view overlooking farmland, but only a short walk on to camber sands beach (2 minutes). We sat out every night and watched the sunset over the back of the caravan listening to all the wildlife. It's in a busy park but tucked in a corner so you wouldn't even know! The park itself was so good for the kids, loads of activities and entertainment on site to keep them occupied! The caravan is nicely laid out with lots of room for everyone (family of 5 + dog). We would definitely visit again!

Claire was a great host; always responsive and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed to have a great stay. Claire’s chalet was clean, comfortable and filled with personal touches like special sheets for our little one and toys to play with as well as great cooking facilities. The little green area outside the chalets was particularly great for our toddler to have a runaround! Location was perfect for the resort and the beach. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Camber Sands!

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

We stayed for the bank holiday weekend. The area is peaceful, the only sounds we heard was the birds, which is very welcomed since we’re from London! The lake is only a few steps away and the sea in a 5 minute walk. The caravan is as described, clean and tidy and we felt very much at home. Amanda was responsive to questions, which is so helpful. The beds are super comfortable and the shower was lovely! We only cooked breakfast at the caravan but kitchen wise it has everything you could need. Our only gripe is the phone service is awful around the whole area, no signal and the WiFi wasn’t strong in the caravan, so we had a grumpy son at the start of the holiday 😆 but all in all we have such a lovely stay. The apartment is super close to all amenities of central St Leonard’s - restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, cinema, and station all a few minutes’ stroll away. The entrance is tucked away at the back of Marine Court, with glorious sea views from the front living room/kitchen. Super comfy beds and gorgeous bedding made the two quiet bedrooms peaceful spaces to rest and relax in. Whole apartment is stylish and well-equipped and a great base for enjoying St Leonard’s and Hastings.

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

We had such a lovely stay in this very central and cosy flat. Really nicely decorated with all the essentials for cooking. A very generous welcome basket. Great shower and really comfy bed with a cute terrace just outside the bedroom.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

Had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, the flat was beautiful and the communication from Emilia was great. Would definitely recommend it!

Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

The house was lovely, very clean, all just as expected from the pictures and details provided. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was all just very easy. We would happily stay again!

What a fantastic period property, every room is tastefully decorated and interestingly furnished. We loved staying at Lishkas with our young family, we all slept really well. The house is very central and convenient for town, parking bit of an issue but there are some big car parks close by. Would definitely stay again 🙏🏼
