A further 10 minutes walk and you will be in the historic old town of Hastings.

Old Town Cottage is on a peaceful street that isn't a through road (so minimal traffic noise) and has a lovely rear patio garden, complete with outdoor dining set. One of the bedrooms is a kingsize, and the other has a small double bed - so this property can sleep up to three adults, or two adults and two small children.
