Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hastings District

We enjoyed our time at Coastal Courtyard – it was really lovely and we had a wonderful stay. However, if the second apartment is also occupied, the soundproofing could be improved, as it can be a bit noisy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

Lovely stay, really quirky and cosy interior design. Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was good!! Really cheap pub over the road for a nice dinner, and another lovely pub with a garden just a few metres down the road. Duchess the cat was cute and kept to herself mostly! No complaints, Fab stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A lovely charming house, extremely well thought for a rental, premium service in all bedrooms. The four bedrooms allow to have 2 families comfortably installed. Would definitely recommend

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and loads more for a group of two families including 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs staying for a week. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces were big with plenty of furniture and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The garden was also immaculate and very peaceful and we enjoyed the hot tub and table tennis and all the music/instruments. The village is also lovely with a handy shop and bakery and was in the perfect location for us, close to Hastings, Rye and Battle. A very special week :0)

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up with plenty of supplies. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at The Pump. The photos do not do it justice, the property is beautiful and full of light. We were only there for two nights but it felt like a home from home and we would've stayed much longer if we could. Very welcoming hosts, there was wine, bread, marmalade, etc. for us on arrival which was lovely. Lots of board games to keep you busy even in the rain. The wood burning hot tub is an obvious perk, and Brian was very responsive and proactive with keeping it at the perfect temperature for us. We would recommend to anyone hoping for a relaxing escape to the country. Thank you very much to Brian and Francesca for making it such a memorable stay.

This beautiful house was just what we needed. Spacious, modern, clean and very well situated right by the canal and the sea. It has a lovely decking area with a fab hot tub and outdoor garden furniture. We loved the fact we had 4 double, en suite bedrooms. Plus each bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was in good working order. We had a luxurious stay and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It's easy to get onto the traffic-free canal path by just going across the back lawn and through the gate. Once there the canal path offers wide easy cycle paths for many miles. It was just what I wanted as my daughter has a mild learning disability and I wanted somewhere she could cycle without us having to worry. It was perfect. We also walked one day to Folkestone all along the promenade by the sea. It was a beautiful day and a gorgeous walk - 8 miles. We went to the National Trust site at the White Cliffs of Dover and the Deep Fan tunnel. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay, hot tub was incredible, really private area - definitely fits the glamping style. Will definitely book again!

A beautiful property amidst beautiful surroundings. Pictures didn't do the place justice. We were sad to leave as the place had everything, and the host had thought of everything. And the views, just incredible. Total peace, luxury, and some extra pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Must book for longer next time...

Beautiful cabin - cosy, peaceful and secluded. Loved the outdoor space with eating area, hot tub and fire pit. Mandy was brilliant - very responsive and friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Alfriston within walking distance, gorgeous village with excellent pubs and shops. Would highly recommend!

I booked this little gem for my partners 40th birthday and it really didn’t disappoint. Very clear instructions on how to find, nothing was too much trouble and the hot tub was warm and ready for our arrival, it was also spotless and had everything you needed. I will 100% be recommending the waterside retreat and will be booking to stay again soon.

Perfect relaxing break! The Lodge for 2ad or the Retreat adjacent for 4, share enormous garden area but both are so private to rent independently with their own facilities. Quality equipment & furnishings & large gas BBQ. Real hot tub (not blow up pool) available on arrival to use 24/7 if you wanted! Lovely touches of Prosecco, chocs & marshmallows to welcome you. Fire pit & outdoor quoits were fun. Comfy bed, double shower and bathrobes provided, along with all necessary basics. Kitchen fully equipped. An inside & an outside fridge were a fab bonus. We had sunshine so could use the sun loungers on the raised decking to appreciate the countryside orchard views. 15mins walk into village to 2 great Gastro pubs if required. Outside covered lounge & TV sounded strange initially but it worked. Kari’s communication was 1st class too. Also appreciated the standard checkout being noon ! Everything has been thought of here. We’ll be back 🥰xx

This was our 2nd visit to Barbara and Mikes cabin (first visited June 2018) and it was as lovely as we remembered it. It is the ideal spot for couples who want some peace, privacy and beautiful surroundings to enjoy each other's company. The cabin is equipped with everything you need and is comfy with plenty of room. The hot tub is great and just a couple of steps from the front door so you can use with ease. We enjoyed seeing foxes and other animals outside our door. There are a couple of fabulous pub/restaurants in walking distance and we also had possibly the best Chinese takeaway ive ever had, delivered to us from New Lantern. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and it was the perfect place for us to celebrate Michelle's 40th birthday. Thank you Barbara and Mike, love Kev and Michelle.

Spent a really lovely weekend with friends in this gorgeous cabin which was comfortable and cosy (and uniquely decorated with beautiful stained glass and beach themed!), hot tub was super for that extra bit of luxury!
