The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. The Annexe is self contained with its own private entrance & self check-in. Free on street unlimited parking is available. The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is located in a historic, 18th century building, situated on the buzzing seafront of Hastings Old Town. Best suited for two adults. There is an option of two extra people on a sofa bed, but for comfort I would recommend for two. Please note, we don’t allow pets. Fitted with a smart TV in the living room and a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, washing machine. Abundance of local attractions nearby!
