The Sonnenhang house is a barrier-free new building with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open living and dining area with fireplace and panoramic views. It has a large private garden with several terraces, a herb bed and fruit trees. A grill is also available. Hauenstein is surrounded by sandstone rocks and ideal for exploring the Palatinate Forest – whether it's hiking, biking or simply enjoying nature. The premium hiking trail “Schusterpfad” can be reached in 5 minutes.

Quiet idyllic apartment

Your vacation in the 45 square meter modern and lovingly furnished apartment. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the forest. It has a double bedroom. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking pots, frying pans, dish towels and dishes.

On the main road of Annweiler, two minutes from the historic market square, is the Künstlerhaus Annweiler. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate, climbers and cyclists shake hands. Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
