Hagland Havhytter - nr 1

Hagland Havhytter consists of 2 cabins and is located north of the town of Haugesund (15 minutes drive) on the west coast of Norway. The cottages are about 100 meters from each other. Haugesund is located between Stavanger to the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen to the north (3 hours drive). From the cottage you have stunning views over rough, untouched nature with heather heaths, swab mountains and open sea. Stølshaugen

The cabin is idyllically located with panoramic views of the beautiful village of Førde, the fjord and even a lot longer. Even though the cabin lies by itself practically on a pile, lay it on a farmer's yard, cows sheep and lambs in the vicinity. The cabin has character, is more than 100 years old and has between anna a large, printed Viking ship model hanging on the ceiling. The entire cabin was restored a few years ago and then got modern equipment such as a new bathroom with heating cables and new kitchen with all necessary equipment.

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

The apartment has been used as a viewing apartment for a number of residential magazines, and was presented in good morning Norway in light of sustainable renovation. No one lives in the apartment. Started with a rental on Airbnb in October 2024. The apartment can, among other things, offer generous ceilings and unique material choices. Stylish and unique build up. Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

The apartment maintains a high standard and has a unique location. The apartment is equipped with devices such as Smart TV, contains modern furniture, as well as a large terrace with a fantastic view of the ocean. Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to late evenings. The apartment is 20 meters from the beach and the beach is open to everyone! It's a peaceful neighborhood and the people are nothing but helpful.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.
