The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
