Holiday rentals with a patio in Haute-Savoie

Studio decorated with functional taste, well-equipped and very beautiful view of ST Gervais and Montblanc. Very well located and quiet residence in May. Julien's quality of service and responsiveness. Small car parking space. Excellent relaxing stay.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

The chalet was beautiful and in a stunning setting. It had everything I needed for a restful stay. It was only 10-12 mins walk to the hospital which was invaluable to me whilst visiting my daughter after an operation. The hosts are amazing and go out of their way to help. There is an amazing Boulangerie 5 mins walk which is out of this world.

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation is clean and comfortable. We were received very well, Régina is very accommodating and considerate, we thank her again! We recommend 200%.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, everything was perfect, great location, decorated with lots of charm, comfortable beds. Ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. Great host, everything was organized, easy contact. There was a power outage in the valley and we were very well informed by the owners about the repairs. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Small space but very nice to 3 because there is plenty of storage and tips to optimize the space. Very peaceful, family and friendly resort. Lots of tracks and good quality. Place to discover without hesitation. Take into account that the Col de la Ramaz is closed during the winter. This road becomes a very nice backstory and walking track. Less convenient to reach Praz de Lys. But impeccable connection for downhill skiing. So it's not really an issue. And that's why this station is not crossed by a significant stream of cars. And that's really cool...I highly recommend this beautiful place in the Alps and this apartment.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, quiet while still close to amenities. The host was very responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful accommodation, close to the lake, and in a very nice village! Super accessible by bus, which stops right in front of the house.

Perfectly located accommodation, really a few meters from the access to the slopes, in the heart of the resort with walking access to basic necessities and restaurants. The geographical location allows this proximity while being in a quiet area. The view of the mountains and the lifts makes its little effect in winter. The ground floor access allows you to enter the accommodation without getting dirty while leaving your ski belongings. Accommodation size sufficient for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The two bathrooms/toilets are very good for optimizing preparations. Only downsides that can quickly be rectified: - the bedroom mattress or bed is elevated and to be discarded (toilet, unable to sleep in it). - Accommodation with a lot of large cobweb (bathroom from above, above the beds...) as well as quite a bit of dust (vacuum cleaner clogged when we arrived). Listing that deserves to be rented and owner who improves their space. I would recommend the cottage, the geogr situtaion

We had a very nice stay at Nino's. The garden is inviting and large, sunny, with enough shade, so that our dog always had a nice place to rest. Our child also had a lot of fun, especially with the great children's books. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Nino was always easily accessible and very friendly as a host. We were very nicely received, so we felt comfortable right away. All in all, everything was great, thank you very much!

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.

A cosy studio in a quiet area with wonderful mountain views. An easy walk to the village centre, supermarket and all attractions. Well-equipped, warm with secure underground parking available. A perfect location for our stay. Thank you Emanuelle!
