It’s good for families (with kids) and big groups. It's stylish, with a heated salt water pool and WiFi, open fire, two kitchens and UK and French TV. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the outdoors space. And it's close to lots of castles and prehistoric caves. EV charger.

Situé au cœur du ''PERIGORD NOIR'' entre Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive la gaillarde à 20 minutes de Sarlat, à 5 minutes des grottes de Lascaux et bien d'autres sites. Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.
