Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

Ihr habt zudem Internet in Glasfaser Geschwindigkeit (100Mbit) und einen Flat TV. Gästehandtücher sowie Bettzeug sind vorhanden.

This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Trotz Zentrumsnähe sind das Viertel und das Appartement ruhig gelegen und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich und ordentlich.

Viermal wöchentlich finden Yogakurse statt – ideal, um Körper und Geist zu stärken. Ein Parkplatz und eine E-Tankstelle sind vorhanden. Wir sind ein 4-Generationen-Hof mit nachhaltigen Projekten, darunter ein entstehender Permakulturgarten vor der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare, ein Kinderbett stellen wir gern bereit.

In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 10 km) befindet sich der „Märkische Golfclub Potsdam“ und ein Reiterhof.

The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.
