Haus Ruth - a gem in the heart of the old town

Welcome to our family house. The house was built in 1860 as a "three-room house" and acquired in 1966 by our family, who expanded it with a small extension with three rooms, resulting in an area of around 56m². As part of the old town of Neuruppin, it is listed as a monument and ranks among the neoclassical rows of houses in the city, which means at the same time that it does not have its own garden and in our case also no terrace. In summer, it doesn't matter, because you are always in the picturesque town of Fontane, and on the water, and in winter even less, because it's best to get comfortable in the fireplace room. Even in the dining room with its still original tiled stove, you can warm up properly from a stroll through the city - if you don't want to use the stove, make it pleasantly warm with the electric heaters. For 2-3 times heating of fireplace and tiled stove, there are coals and wood ready. From time to time, we like to use the house as a family, with friends and family. It is therefore privately furnished and a non-smoking house. Many guests describe our cottage as charming, because we have combined the old with the new and thus created a very individual, cozy atmosphere. You will have the small, one-storey house to yourselves during your holiday. All windows have exterior blinds on the old town and courtyard side, which you can close at any time. You can use what you find in compartments and shelves, in the kitchen and chamber. The food and spices in the kitchen are also at your disposal. If you use larger quantities, it would be nice to replenish the stocks so that the next holidaymaker will find what they need. We hope that you will enjoy the special atmosphere in the small house that is so typical of the old town of Neuruppin and feel good. For the current reason, as the landlord, I once again pay more attention to compliance with cleaning and hygiene regulations. I follow cleaning guidelines based on recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Suitable for business travelers, couples and families with (small) children; additional pull-out bed available and extra bed for babies/toddlers possible. The modern kitchenette offers well-equipped facilities for cooking delicious dishes. A dishwasher and washer-dryer are also available.

Central Ground Floor Studio Apartment

This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.
