Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Havelock-Belmont-Methuen

Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Tracey & Rodney were great hosts only matched by their charming home and surroundings! I would rate 6 stars if I could - highly recommended. Useful details for others: - Plenty of free street parking - Well stocked grocery across the street - West facing water and sunset view - Minimal street noise - Fast, reliable internet

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate with thoughtful touches in every corner, clearly a lot of care and attention to detail went into making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the complimentary tin of maple syrup tapped right from the trees on the property, truly the best we’ve ever had! The location is surrounded by beautiful nature with plenty of hiking trails accessible right from the property. Lori was an exceptional host; warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you again for everything, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Mitch’s place was perfect for our vacation! It’s in a peaceful area right off of a main road and the property itself feels very private. There’s plenty of amenities to enjoy like the theater, pool table, fire pit, and hot tub which was great especially on colder nights! Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. There is a railroad right across the street but it didn’t bother us in the slightest so I wouldn’t stress about it. We’re very light sleepers, too, and didn’t wake up to any trains at all throughout the week. Most of the trains that pass through are quite quiet anyways. If anything, it adds to the experience! Great stay & definitely would love to return in the future!

James was a great host, speedy responses and the property is a GREAT find! Super clean, the water is stunning and the location is so close to the GTA for a quick escape. 10/10 highly recommend

My family of 5 and 3 dogs enjoyed our stay! It was very relaxing and description was as described and more. Even though the wifi did not work, Elyse was very accommodating and helpful! She remained reliable and available throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Simona’s place! The property was beautiful with serene lake access, and the two decks made our evening hangouts especially comfortable and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stress-free and relaxing stay. Simona was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make our visit comfortable, especially with our infant. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made a difference. I hated to leave Maya's and Jon's cozy and comfortable apartment, the best of my several Air BnB stays in Peterborough, and I'm eager to stay there again. The apartment is in an older house that's typical of many in Peterborough, and positively reminded me of two places where I lived while growing up in Peterborough. The apartment was well-supplied with everything I needed, especially the kitchen, and I did a lot of cooking during my stay. Towels and linens were of great quality and very clean. (There's simply "clean" and then "very clean," in my view!). The hosts live downstairs. They were friendly and responsive, without being at all intrusive. The neighborhood is GREAT! At night, it was wonderfully quiet. In the morning, I awakened to birds singing. The house is very close to a park and the Rotary Greenway Trail. East City's "small town" main street, Hunter Street, is about a 15 minute walk away. I recommend the butcher shop, Hard Winter Bakery, and The Railyard restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gordana’s! They checked in with us daily to make sure everything is going well. Little chocolates were left on the bed, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, everything was exactly as photographed. We’d definitely come back to their place when we visit Belleville again!

Anuhea's space is very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. The outdoor space is beautiful - You forget you're in the city. The location is awesome, quiet neighborhood but just minutes from downtown. Her instructions to get to the Airbnb space was spot on! I also had the chance to chat with Anuhea and she is just a lovely person. Also, they have the fluffiest, friendliest outdoor cat that is sure to great you upon arrival. Eugene was the best welcome-wagon I've ever had lol.

Après 3 jours sur Toronto,le logement de Tunde est un havre de paix. logement très bien entretenu et qu'elle vue 🤩. Bon endroit pour se rendre 1 journée au Parc Algonquin (80km entrée Est du parc). visite des chutes d Egen (petite balade pas loin de Bancroft). commerce à Bancroft pour les courses. Tout était parfait et Tunde réponds rapidement à nos questions. je recommande ce logement.

David was a wonderful host. He responded immediately with clear instructions. The place had thoughtful, generous touches to it, making one feel at home and/or like a very welcomed guest. The shower was amazing, I want it! :)

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was right by the water and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend — I’d love to come back!

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

L'emplacement du condo est exceptionnel. tranquille, accès facile au quai, aménagement intérieur très esthétique. De plus, c'est l'une des seules fois où un hôte met à notre disposition autant de produits qui rendent le quotidien plus facile: sucre , huile, fines herbes et épices, café en quantité , etc. Merci pour tout cela. De plus, nous avons fait une découverte vraiment intéressante en visitant Hunstville. Le peintre Tom Thompson et de groupe des 7 qui s'en sont inspirés, y sont mis à l'honneur sur les murs du centre ville (place publique, garage, sur le mur d'une terrasse ou du bureau de poste, etc). Il y en a une centaine dans la région. Aller à la chasse de ces oeuvres peut prendre des heures pour la famille et permet de mieux connaître ce coin de pays. Il est facile de trouver le circuit sur Internet.

We had a wonderful time at Katie's unit. the views from the balcony were among our favourite aspect of the stay. It was very tidy and well organized. All of the basic items were available. There are restaurants and shops conveniently within a 10 min drive away. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Sheila is very responsive and helpful. The bed is large with good quality mattress, 2 TVs in different rooms, kitchen is very fully equipped, balcony has great lake view and in a position with privacy. This home is the best in our experience.

Mitch was a great host, fast to answer questions before my trip and check in was a breeze. The unit was exactly as picture and everything was well supplied and clean. Looking forward to making another trip that way and staying at this location! Thank again Mitch
