Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips around the beautiful southwest corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

In the neighborhood two other apartments where permanent tenants live. Bedroom: double bed + sofa bed in living room. The pull out couch is 140cm wide. Flat TV + Amazon Prime. Possibility to store sports equipment on the ground floor (separate lockable room). A convenient location for travel and tourism.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, toddler and travel crib. The layout is 1+kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or business trip. They also like to use larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches.

The cottage is small, fully furnished,comfortable for two people.Evaluated romantics and lovers of old times.

In the garden

It's wooden, it's comfortable, it's in the garden. In the countryside of the Highlands, I built a modern cottage dedicated to rest for my family. Immersed in the tranquility of a garden with a piece of nature. Orchard, ponds, unlimited space. We dedicated this place to peace and relaxation without a TV. A private bathing barrel and sauna are available for an additional fee of 600 CZK.

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
