Very nice farm inside the woods. The experience of living in the woods is amazing. The house is very nice and cozy, made out of wood, but with all the comforts. There is a very nice river as well, and a very large area. The host is very nice and responsive. It is reachable only by car. Overall would recommend for a unique experience in the woods.

We had a great time with the nice cabin and the beautiful surroundings. We have been here in the summer and it was just as nice in the winter. Lots of cross country trails and lovely area. So northern lights out in the stomp and gorgeous blue and pink sunsets.

We stayed here over Easter and were so happy we booked for the next Easter right after 🙂

Fantastic place to stay and a great accommodation. Hot tub was a one heated by fire, which takes a long time to heat up, which I would say is the only draw back. Otherwise the entire place is fantastic and would stay again.

What a gem! The accommodation is superb, spacious, warm, tastefully equipped, perfectly equipped for children! The sauna and jacuzzi are so pleasant to use... Pia was very, very good advice and so responsive to every question! And she ordered us good weather for the 3 days ;) Maybe the best Airbnb we've ever done. Looking forward to the next time!

We had an amazing stay! The views from the Airbnb are incredible, it’s beautiful inside, the hot tub was great, and the kitchen was really well equipped. We came for a hen do and it was perfect. Just like all the other reviews, I can’t say more positive things about Anpan, the host. He was so responsive and attentive and gave us lots of recommendations, including helping us choose routes for local hikes/runs. We’re so grateful for all Anpan’s help! Organising a hen do abroad is challenging and we really couldn’t have done it without him!

We were positively surprised by the cabin, the location and the surroundings. Everything was up to expectations. The cabin has a terrace all around with several seating areas and a gas grill. The hiking opportunities are many and good information with maps is available in the cabin. All four of us were very pleased with our 5-day stay and recommend the cabin both to families with children and couples who want a quiet holiday with trips and relaxation. We loved Anne’s house so much. We and our dog felt right at home. The view is amazing. To sit on the terrace with this view, you feel like you’re on top of the world! It’s also very private and quiet, with no direct neighbours. The house is nicely decorated, we really loved the very comfy sofas. Highly recommended, we hope we can come back here one day!

They did an amazing job restoring this historical building. Absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay massively and Ole was kind and helpful. Highly recommended to those seeking a peaceful countryside hide-away!

We had a very nice few days in the house. It is very lovingly and cozily furnished, so that you feel at home very quickly. Communication with the host worked out excellently, we always got a friendly and helpful answer. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and a small beach is within walking distance. I'd love to come back! ☀️

A lovely cabin with all facilities on a beautiful remote location. On top of the hill you have a 100km view. The hosts are very friendly and happy to share suggestions. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The cabin has all you need, including a great sauna. For sure we'll be back!

Authentic Norwegian Spartan cottage in fantastic nature that reminds you of how simple life can be and that it is perfectly okay not to be able to use your phone because there is no electricity or network. Our dogs enjoyed a swim in the lake and sniffed around the grounds. Lovely beds and peaceful sleep.

Great place. Only thing that kind of sucks is the 121 kroner toll _each time_ you cross from the Brummundal.

Our second stay here, it was as nice as the first time. Aside from the abundance of sheep, we had zero issues here. We had a very flexible check in and everything was as expected. We'll happily stay here again when possible.

Stylish log cabin, consistently furnished with everything you need. Very cozy and in a great location. Here you can enjoy a wonderful vacation! Roger was super nice and available at all times. We often come to Espedalsvatnet and can well imagine staying in Roger's log cabin again next time. Hopefully he'll rent it out for a long time!

Nice newly built house near Funäsdalen. Everything worked very well. The location and the view are better than what you understand from the pictures. There is a terrace with a nice view of the cormorants with evening sun that is lovely for an aprons ski. Four good bedrooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen. Everything in great condition.
