Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Ca 1 km på ski gjennom skogen til løypenettet til Skeikampen. Hytta har 5 soveplasser, pluss sprinkelseng, utstyrt kjøkken, varmepumpe, vedovn og oppvask- og vaskemaskin. Sengetøy og håndklær inkl. Må ha 4x4 på vinter. 15 min til sentrum og Skeikampen, 30 min til Lillehammer og 45 min til Hunderfossen.

The summer barn at Hovelsrud, Helgøya

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue. Ute er det en kjøkkenbenk, med et gassbluss og grill, en liten strand med bademulighet og utedo. Det er ikke strøm.
