The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the Wanswert church. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we have used second-hand furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a pleasant living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden around it, a private front door and lots of privacy.

Welcome to Perron 5 - a stylish and luxurious stay in a beautiful historic building from 1904 with private entrance, toilet, rain shower with care products and hotel-quality queen-size box spring. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults; it is located in the same room. Babies are also welcome. Within 10 minutes, you can be in Dokkum, and within half an hour, you can be in Leeuwarden or Drachten. You can park for free at the forest, right next to the cottage. A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. Around this area, many cycling routes can be found, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the Arkenpark.
