Modern and history merge here into one unit. A high-quality and individual furnishing gives it a unique character. The 75 sqm of living space are spread over two rooms, a large hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. The room heights of about 3.10 meters convey a spacious feeling of space. Historic furnishing details such as coffered doors, historic windows, lamps, wooden floorboards and cement tiles are preserved. On the two balconies - south and west - or the spacious garden you can enjoy the evening or the weekend. A parking space in the nearby neighboring property saves you the search for a parking space. The apartment is suitable for single people as well as for a couple, a shared apartment or a small family. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200) and a large living room with a beautiful, large sofa bed (2 adults have comfortable space here).

A simple accommodation and a great place to relax in a central location in Karlsruhe between the main train station, the ‘Kongresszentrum’ and the market square. It’s situated off the main road in a green and quiet industrial oasis with a courtyard. A 100 m² of unrenovated loft space with bathroom/shower and a small kitchen. Please be aware that there is no central heating. However, there is a wood burning stove which creates a pleasant warmth during the colder seasons (we help with fire-ligh.)

The beautiful vacation home with about 80 m² and its about 300 m² property was extensively renovated in 2020. The house has two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. In the living area there is a fireplace, which provides a relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day.

This bright, cozy accommodation is located in Schlierbach, which belongs to Lindenfels, perfect location to reach the surrounding excursion destinations. A parking space with 11 kW charging station is available for your arrival by car. Shopping is 3 minutes away by car. I will be at your disposal for more information. About 500 m walk from the apartment is a Kneipp facility where you can relax your feet after long walks.

Fantastic living in a listed villa in the city center. The apartment is located in a listed Art Nouveau villa in the immediate vicinity of downtown Speyer. There are two parking spaces available in the courtyard free of charge. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by other villas and listed buildings such as the former Hess felt factory. The residence of Friedrich Hess himself was precisely this villa.
