The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Super gelegen am Rande des Ortsteils Sythen, der über einen Bahnhof verfügt, von dem man das schöne Münster sowie Essen in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

Spacious, bright vacation home (135 m² living space) on the edge of the district of Haltern-Lavesum, with beautiful views of the Hohe Mark, on a 1000 m² garden plot. Haltern-Lavesum is idyllically surrounded by fields and forests. The Halterner lakes are just around the corner. Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. In Haltern am See, there is a varied culinary offer from beach bar to 1 star restaurant.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Unsere modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im wunderschönen, idyllischen Stevertal am Rande der Baumberge. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ca. 300 Jahre alten Bauernhof. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit einer gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Felder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!
