My accommodation is well suited for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children). At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

The apartment in the basement has been completely renovated. The large loft-style living/study and bedroom is tastefully furnished. A wardrobe separates the living/work area from the sleeping area. The cozy sofa bed can also be used as a sleeping area. A new smart TV completes the living area. The kitchen is spacious and includes a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and ceramic hob. The bathroom has a large shower, towel rail and WC.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Bad Wimpfen old town - quiet, private accommodation

Historic accommodation in the fairytale old town in a pretty half-timbered house (see Wikipedia). The house is centrally located in a quiet and romantic alley. In the immediate vicinity there are several delicious restaurants, loving cafes, beer garden, bars, ice cream parlor, bakery, supermarket. The property has a safe space for your bikes.
