I am always available during your stay. Welcome to the historic core of Vienna! Stephansdom and Staatsoper are a few minutes' walk away. Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

roses et papillons - my home in Vienna

Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Cosy, bright & modern flat in the hip 7th Quarter

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. A patio door leads from the living room directly into the 160 m2 garden. 5 min.walk to the tram (38), which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes, as well as to the bus station to the local mountains of Vienna, and to the underground (U4). The traffic-calmed dead-end street leads to the village Grinzing. The market, the boutiques and l Viennese coffee houses are within walking distance and invite you to stroll around.
