Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Heiligenstadt, Döbling

We only stayed one night in Vienna to see the orchestra and this Airbnb was probably not in an ideal location from the train station and Brahms music hall but it was so beautiful and it would fit 10 of us, so I chose this location. And I am so glad I did!!! The space was enormous!!!! The coffee machine was hugely loved, the number of water closets was appreciated and the host even sent a family member to check on us! We would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

We are on a cycling holiday. It is important for us to be able to store the bikes safely. This location near the center of Vienna is perfect for this. The trams and metro to the city are also close. Very spacious apartment with very comfortable beds. In short 5*

We loved Erwin’s flat. It was very spacious with a great shower and comfortable bed. He was super responsive to our queries and met all of our needs. We definitely recommend his listing in Wien.

Cristina helped us with a quick check in. It was a little worn out. I was really satisfied with the clean interior, spacious living room, and quick communication in the bedroom. Greger in front of the accommodation I also really liked the park where the river flows:)

I highly recommend this place, especially for any solo female travelers! Hannah was super helpful and kind, and the flat was as charming in person as it is in the photos. It felt very safe and private, and even ran into some of the neighbors who were super nice as well. Would absolutely stay again!

clean apartment, complete amenities

Had a great time at this centrally located apartment right on a tram line that leads straight to the subway. The apartment has great natural lighting and windows for a cross breeze to stay cool in the summer. It's spacious with high ceilings, more than enough room for my solo trip. Bruno was responsive to my messages. Overall would recommend and plan to stay here again.

Our stay at the Airbnb was very nice. We were three as a group of friends and immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. The decor was tasteful, everything was extremely clean, and thanks to the air conditioning we were able to enjoy the hot days well. Communication with Vienna Heights also went smoothly - especially the uncomplicated deposit of our suitcases on the day of departure was a big plus. We were on a city trip and the location of the accommodation was ideal: the nearest tram stop was only five minutes away, and many central attractions were quickly and easily accessible.

We are family of 5 that happily stayed at Beni’s beautiful house. My kids love the hot tub, I love the sauna. Very comfy house. It’s walking distance to a restaurant with beautiful view especially the sunset. Highly Recommended!

perfect house , amazing clean and quiet location

This is one of the very best areas of Vienna: quiet, very safe, and well connected to public transportation. This particular property is surrounded by so much green that it almost feels rural, but there are several tram and bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away. The building is modern, and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The host family was very friendly, and Kati was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Great apartment, very well equipped with everything that you need. Ronen was kind and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the flexibility at check in and check out.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. They were very good hosts, with clear instructions. Everything was impeccable, sheets, towels, kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent pillows! It was a 20-minute walk from downtown, a safe and well-lit area. I recommend it

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was super clean and cozy. Januska, the host was so kind and helpful, always available if we had questions, and even let us check in early, which was really appreciated.

Christinie and Brane welcomed us with open hearts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. When we requested an air conditioner, Brane installed it at the first opportunity. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It’s located a bit outside the city center, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown by public transport. Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay in Vienna if you’re comfortable staying outside the city center.

This is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment very close to public transportation and lovely restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to visit Vienna!

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.
