"Sol-li" is a peaceful gem with a lovely view. Here everything is arranged just to enjoy and be. Unique views and good sun conditions. There are also many opportunities. Fishing. Swimming opportunities a short walk away. For those of you who love the mountains, the area is a mecca of opportunities. You can pack your backpack and go on marked hikes from the cabin, or you can take short drives to hikes such as Store Skykula and Smørkamdalen. Distance by car: Kongeparken 40 mins. Stavanger: 1 hour Egersund 30 min.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. The cabin is powered by a 12V solar system, providing light, TV, and 230V outlets in the kitchen and living room for essentials like charging your phone, using your PC, or vacuuming. The cabin is without running water, and drinking water is provided in 25L canisters. Heat comes from the fireplace. Composting toilet. Foot pump driven shower. Propane driven hotplates and oven. This is living sustainability.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Get an experience and a good night's sleep in scenic surroundings. The cabin is well equipped, maintained and located away from traffic. Short distance to E39 which takes you to Stavanger in an hour and otherwise has good access to the Dalane region. - No noise - No through traffic - Only one other cabin in the same area - Grazing animals in the nearby area during summer - There is no fireplace/wood stove in the cabin, but possibility for fire pan outside if desired
