Beautiful bright living room / 1st floor apartment of 100 m2, with a lovely sunny balcony. The apartment is located in the charming beach town of Hellerup, where you will find many unique shops and cozy cafes. The apartment is close to Bernstorffsvej S-tog station - about 15 minutes to Copenhagen city center. In addition, connection north to, among other places, Louisiana and Helsingør. The apartment is an older, private residence where I live on a daily basis with my two teenage boys, so don't expect 'hotel cleaning' - but rather a charming private home.

Spacious & newly renovated apartment in lower part of villa, close to beaches and the Copenhagen tourist attractions. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

A perfect place for families and friends, part of an iconically designed “functionalist” style villa. This very convenient apartment is furnished with a master bedroom, a room with two beds and a cozy living room that can be used as a very comfortable double bedroom. You can also enjoy your own kitchen, fully equipped. The entrance is independent, the location is 10 mins away from a very connected train station and very close to an excellent shopping street, parks and beaches. Parking is free.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

The house is adjacent to a peaceful villa area, within walking distance of shopping on Jægersborg Alle and less than a five-minute walk from Charlottenlund station from where you can get to the center of Copenhagen, for example. Nørreport Station in 15 minutes.

Dejligt nyrenoveret hus tæt på centrum, metro station og kun to km til stranden. Huset har fire soveværelser og to badeværelser. Alt er nyt og højt niveau af orden og renlighed. Vi rejser selv en hel del, og ved hvad der kræves af en god vært. :-) Bonus: Pool er ca 3,2 x 7,5 meter. Kemikalierne er i orden, men der er ingen poolboy så evt. blade og insekter skal gæster selv fjerne:-)
