Isa offered us a flexible check-in. There was great communication without problems. The apartment was very clean and everything was available. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and beautiful balcony. All in all, a top accommodation and top hosts. Very happy to come back.

the b&b is wonderfully quiet and rural just outside the village. the cottage was nice and cool because the shutters were left down. everything was present, a nice bed, a good shower and a full kitchen. we would love to come back

Great apartment near the lake

The stay was great. Julian was always available and very helpful. The apartment is well appointed and clean. :) Only note that was not in the display: the two bedrooms are a walk-through room.

This characteristic and comfortable apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic and very central street in Zutphen. Ideal for experiencing the city. With fine communication before and after, a warm welcome, sincere interest and tips about the area, Mirjam and Anton made my visit even more enjoyable. The piano lessons that are given in the same building were communicated nicely in advance and I was lucky enough to get some of them. A mega recommendation!

Really had a wonderful stay in this lovely and spotless apartment. It has a quiet, location, exactly what we wanted. There is a very complete kitchen and bathroom. The living room is spacious and well furnished and the beds sleep wonderfully. Wonderful garden with several seats. We will definitely come back.

It was a very nice time, even though it rained so much. The accommodation is superbly equipped with everything you need to enjoy life. It is very beautiful, quiet and idyllic. We spent a nice women's weekend in the beautiful apartment of Conny and Gio. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality, modern, bright, tasteful, spacious, quiet and central. The icing on the cake for us: the terrace with a wonderful view of the garden! Conny and Gio are warm hosts, flexible, helpful and communicative. We immediately felt at home! Thank you very much!

The place is quietly located. There was nothing lacking. Smaller children will find a playground. The surroundings are ideal for walking. Lake Driland is close by. Downtown is better reached by car or bike. An all-round successful stay with many possibilities for excursions. Hans-Gerd was available at any time and received us personally in a friendly way. We will be happy to come back again.

Beautiful lake park! The Vechtesee and the city center are within walking distance. The city is really great with many lakes and rivers, where you can take a nice kayak tour. Overall, it is also very quiet, with little traffic and lots of nature. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation! It's all new and clean. In summer at 32 degrees, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant, although it is on the upper floor. We'll be back!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and well equipped. Not far from the accommodation is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would come again and again!
