Cozy and charming lower level. Beautiful view of the lake - including swans - with a path down the hill to the dock! Easy to get to the highway to go wherever we wanted to. Great recommendations for places to go and to eat.

It was a great location for easily checking out many different areas of the twin cities, and very convenient to get to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. We weren’t there long, but enjoyed a comfortable stay at Jean and Craig’s house. The home is full of interesting furniture and is kept spotless. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed playing tennis at the courts one block away!

The house was lovely and looked exactly like the pictures. I loved that it had a washing machine (for small loads). It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! The hosts were so nice and very responsive. I highly recommend this house if you need to stay in the area….its spotless and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this new home—it was a great value for the price! The space was clean, well-stocked, and had a welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. Check-in and checkout were super easy with clear instructions, and everything worked smoothly. The kitchen had all the basics for making simple meals, and the comfy beds and fast Wi-Fi made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The home also had plenty of space for our family to spread out, which was a big plus. For the comfort, location, and price, this place is hard to beat! Thanks Godson for hosting us!

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

We got in later than expected and were greeted with a basket full of snacks. The place was so comfortable and spacious. If we're are ever in the area we will stay with Mark again. Highly recommend.

This location was fantastic for our family of 3! The home is lovely, immediately felt comfortable and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area so much! For families, this is a fantastic location. 2 blocks to the beach, one block to nice park on a quiet street and the hosts were amazing at having the home baby proofed and ready for our arrival. Overall, it was the little touches and kind hosts that make this place truly stand out, can’t wait to visit again!

I would like to give this apartment a 5 for the clean, pleasant environment inside and out and good host communication. However, it was not quite as well equipped as I typically find in an airbnb and therefore a 4 for value.

If I ever need a place to stay again in the cities this is easily a top contender for a solo or couple trip. I loved the feel of the living room. I’m a sucker for musical art and warm lighting, just makes you feel comfortable and that space felt exactly like that. It definitely helped that the bed was super comfortable to sleep in too. Any “flaws” about the area were already stated in the listing. Especially the 2 sets of stairs leading up to apt. Even for a fit person it can get to be a hassle. Chris of course has no control over that and any thing he could control he did a great job doing it. Definitely one of the most active and helpful hosts I’ve had. I personally didn’t use the kitchen because I spent a lot of time eating what the cities had to offer. Chris helped with that too by giving plenty of recommendations for food nearby. Overall a great stay for the price, and I would definitely do it again

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

This condo is my new home-away-from-home. It has the old-world charm of turn-of-the-century buildings with all the conveniences we expect. I thoroughly enjoyed my quiet stay in this gorgeous building in an amazing neighborhood with cool restaurants & shops, and of course Lake Harriet. If you love to cook, there is a gas stove and full kitchen: save money by cooking yourself. There is a great grocery store (Wedge) nearby. I loved the space so much I am staying again this week!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

This was our second time booking with Lisa, however for a different unit. Again, it was a great stay. I enjoyed the coziness of this condo and quietness of the neighborhood despite being in the city. She has everything you need for cooking and baking. I work remotely and the internet speed was great. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the on-site laundry too. Everyone was friendly overall!
