The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand mit toller Gastronomie Ab ca. Mai bis Herbst. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 1,6-2 km Entfernung sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein KFZ sinnvoll !

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour by car, the surrounding moors in about 20 minutes on foot. The sun-drenched apartment is colorful and cheerfully decorated and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is right on the property.
