The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee! There are three bedrooms with beds 1.80 x 2 m and one bed 1.40 x 2 m. The apartment has a large balcony with seating. Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Oberkochen can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to Aalen directly across the street.
