My favourite holiday rental, ever!! A perfect house in a perfect location. Sun, clean sea (not too chilly), two fabulous restaurants just along the quay and the possibility of reasonably priced boat trips from just outside. Sladjana was a great host: very responsive, informative and kind, and Vesna, the property manager, was as helpful as could be, always going the extra mile. Thank you, both, my party of eight had a wonderful time in Rose.Truly five star😀

Staying at Sinisas apartment was great. The views were beautiful and it was nice and quiet neighbourhood! Sinisa was so helpful and responsive, a great host! Definitely recommend this place if you are planning on visiting Herceg Novi🤩

Stojan was a wonderful host and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The views from the villa are truly spectacular and the villa itself is really nice. The location is so relaxing with the sea right under the window! There is an amazing outdoor area to enjoy the views from which you can hear the waves! Please note that the 2 floors of the villa are separate apartments with no stairs inside to get from one floor to the other, you have to go outside to get to the other floor. Stojan was extremely flexible with check in and check out which was so helpful. Stojans villa is amazing! Thank you!

We've stayed in Airbnbs all over the Mediterranean. This is definitely one of the best. Wonderful Location & Panoramic Views: the top floor of a large, stylish house in a quiet neighbourhood with huge and uninterrupted views of the beautiful Bay of Kotor. It's reminiscent of a Swiss lake rather than the Mediterranean. Wonderful Accommodation & Huge Amount Of Space: the bedroom and bathroom are well equipped, but the star of the show is the huge open air - yet 50% covered - terrace with front (sea) and back (garden) uncovered spaces, plus your own garden terrace with barbecue. The open air kitchen is a really delightful experience. Wonderful Value For Money & Wonderful Hosts: everything in Montenegro is 30-40% cheaper than in Croatia (very much in the EU), so value for money starts with this accommodation, and extends across all your stay. Zoila and Dado are charming hosts, yet never intrusive, and speak fluent English. NB There are a lot of steps. A lot! But then very good wi-fi.

We highly recommend the house of Nedjeljko in the mountains. Everything was perfect. Nice place to relax and go to the beach in 20 min.

Overall, everything was great. The host was very helpful and each time he helped as much as he could. Everything agrees with the description. As for the minuses, we lost electricity twice due to the storm, the first time the host organised help and the fault was repaired. However, the second time (on the day of departure) so we packed in the dark. But the location was generally great - direct access to the bay, nice step down the stairs to the water. You can relax and feel at home.

Beautiful decorated apartment, high standard, very clean place. Pictures accurately describes the place, host is quick to answer and proactive in checking that everything is alright. Apartment is situated between the two citycentres, so I bit of walking to get to either one, but there are restaurants and supermarkets closer by. Host was flexible regarding checking-in, we arrived very late, and helpful with arranging transfer to and from airport. We were there in October, but still had beautiful weather and several days on the beach, with swimming and sunbathing. Highly recommend the place:)

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

An absolutely amazing house, beautiful and situated in a very nice calm village. Stunning seaview, a nice infinity pool and a restaurant plus a sea swimming possibility directly downstairs. Lisa and John were very kind and helpful.

Beautiful modern home with stunning views overlooking Herceg Novi and a fantastic infinity pool. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the stylish decor made the stay feel truly luxurious. Highly recommend! Slavko is a great host, very responsive and always eager to help!

We spent 10 days in the villa and are absolutely thrilled. The hosts are simply warm, courteous and helpful. We have rarely been received so hospitably. On the day of arrival, the refrigerator was already filled with the necessities, and there were also tomatoes from their own cultivation and fresh eggs from their own chickens, which made our children very happy🤩. The house is well maintained and clean. The pool is also clean and very large. For us, this was ideal, as we were not forced to go to the beach in the heat so that the children could swim. So we relaxed by the pool after breakfast and then drove to the beach in the afternoon. By the way, you can have breakfast or dinner on the huge roof terrace with stunning views. The house is a little off the beaten path, so you need a car to drive to the beach or explore the area. Or you can take a taxi, which only costs a few euros to the beach. For us, the distance was not a problem, because that's exactly what we were looking for. There is no sea view, but pure tranquility. In the morning you hear absolutely nothing except the chirping of the crickets...a dream☺️. Once again, thank you to the lovely hosts Andrija and Ivana, who made this great vacation possible and were always committed that we lack nothing!

The Waterfront Villa was beautiful and Nevena was the perfect host. The views from the villa are even better in person. Our favorite area was the large terrace overlooking the coastline where we spent every morning and evening together! There is seating for 12+. The villa had pretty much everything we needed. My favorite sleeping area was the downstairs huge studio with a small kitchen, bath/shower and two small terraces and a great air conditioner! The access to the water is just feet away and we frequented a few great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk up the coastal walkway. For those with a car plan on parking it (Villa provides parking for two) driving everywhere is crazy and good luck trying to park once you get there. We used cabs throughout our entire stay.

Just to echo what all other reviewers have said about this beautiful property. The house not only looks good in the photos it is an absolute pleasure to stay in. Everything is spotless, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is full of all the kit you might need to make self catering very easy, nice toietries and robes in the bathrooms. The pool is divine, picture pefect, complete with swallows swooping in for a drink from time to time. The host was the 'perfect host'. We arrived a little earlier than the official check in which was accommodated, we had a couple of messages just checking everything was ok at the villa (which it was) but we never at any time felt the contact was too much. Our stay was absolutely faultless and I am not that easily pleased!

Ana is a great Host, very responsive. House is great location, but the hill down to sea is steep for anyone with mobility issues. Pool is great.. Perhaps a little cool😂 for Sept. Well located and close to a small supermarket, bakery and some restaurants.

Amazing house! being able to dive into a velvet sea right outside the house is priceless! The house is very nice, the small community of neighbours is charming, and the Kotor bay is a stunning place. Milica was extremely helpful at every level! From helping to get our luggage to the house to recommending and organizing activities, her responsiveness and input were superb. Thanks to Milica, these few days in Bjelila will remain a fantastic memory for me and my family. Definitely 5 star location and service!

We spent eight of a week at Villa Aberdeen and were super happy with the place! Communication with the hosts as well as the property manager was always smooth and check-in is also flexible in the specified time window. We didn't lack anything in terms of amenities, from ice machine to kitchen utensils, washing machine and of course the pool, everything was available as described. Even if the sea is not too far away by car, the pool with loungers was one of the biggest plus points! The only contact points are the location, which is not perfect, as the villa is a bit more secluded, which of course also had its advantages. But because it is fundamentally recommended to get a rental car (e.g. at the airport), this point is not very important. On the other hand, one bedroom had no air conditioning, only a fan. Also worth mentioning is the super nice property manager Bozidar, who was able to help with any problems!

We had amazing holidays with my friends in Montenegro. Jelena, Natasha and Marco provided everything we needed. They were all really helpful, gave us many recommendations and for the whole time we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super kind, we even got beautiful homemade magnets as a gift at the end of our stay. The home itself was also amazing, swimming pool was awesome for really hot weather and chillout. Whole place was super comfy and clean. Big big big recommendation! :)

Incredible house - modern and clean with amazing views. Good base for exploring the surrounding area as well as relaxing by the pool. Short drive to bars/restaurants and shops. Homemade wine and honey were lovely!

The accommodation is clean but it seems important to me to specify that: Jacuzzi is a bathtub The sauna won't work There are not 2 sofa beds but 1 single sofa bed, so for 8 sleeping is more complicated There's not enough cutlery if there are 8 of you. It's impossible to find a parking spot if Nikola doesn't help us. The spot he found us was for a fee (€5/day) Beyond that, the house is functional, it offers a magnificent view and we are at the foot of the sea. Nikola is lovely and does everything to satisfy us.

Nenad’s villa is perfect. We had a lovely week away, the heated pool ment we could enjoy it despite the mixed weather we had during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, we self catered eating in most meals and enjoyed cooking and dining outside. Beds were comfy as was the sofa for nights curled up reading after the sun have gone down.

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

Ana was a perfect hostess. We were supposed to be there 6 people, but only 2 of us made it, because our flights were cancelled. She offered us to reschedule our stay without us asking. Sadly we couldn’t do that.. She has waited until very late for our friends check in no questions asked. At least two of our friends had a chance to enjoy their stay and they loved it. Thank you Ana!
