Family-friendly holiday rentals in Herceg Novi Municipality

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

We have been very comfortable in the apartment. The living room and the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is complete and has everything you need, even a table to eat. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that is very helpful. Everything is very clean and pleasant. In the outdoor area there is a small porch with table and chairs. The area is quiet and has very good views, approximately 2kms from the beach. We have been visiting the entire Kotor Bay from there but we have never walked to the beach but we saw that there were people walking to the beach. Both Jasna and her father have been very kind and have put everything on their side to make us feel at ease. People in the area were nice. I would recommend the apartment, perfect value for money.

We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

The best experience staying in this vila with my girls! 🙌🏼 Great appartments, incredible view, pool, bar, all applause’s to the host who made us feel like at home and helped with everything! You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

Wonderful place. Never felt so much privacy. The view is stunning. If you are coming in the direction from Zagreb, don’t listen to Google maps on the shortest route. Go all the way down to the roundabout, take the third exit and go up the hill. Mario is super responsive and will always guide you via WA text or even call if you get lost - especially about the light switches. 😁

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

My family and I enjoyed our time in Montenegro very much. The place and the view from the pool was just amazing beautiful. Clean place very well maintained. Really thank you for everything Robert and his assistant Desa very responsive polite pleasant kind. We'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises again.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

What a lovely place! We had a great time and the kids were outside playing all the time. The family is very sweet and welcoming. They even brought us home made cake.

We had a great time in this accommodation. The house is really old, with old design and furniture. But there are all the things and electronics for a comfortable life, everything works well, the beds are comfortable. There is a delightful well-kept garden with a breathtaking view. And a nice veranda with a large window for rainy days. The only downside for our children was the smell of old furniture. But it was not strong. For me and my husband, it was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the memories of our grandparents' country house and our light-hearted childhood holidays there. To be honest, our grandparents lived more than 2000 km from here, but the lifestyle is really similar. Thanks to the owners!

The apartment was great and just what we needed for a week vacation. Super close to the beach and easy to find. We definitely stay here again!

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.

Super well located apartment with beautiful views of the bay. The accommodation is super well equipped, there is enough to cook and everything was clean, we only had to buy toilet paper because we were there for a week and dishwasher tablets otherwise everything is on site. The view is splendid and you sleep well there. A small dispute at the end of the stay but settled amicably a few hours later.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Jana’s house. The spacious stone house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The secluded beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk and we have spent many hours swimming, sunbathing and relaxing by the sea. Jana and Risto are wonderful and kind hosts and very quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you very much for having us, we hope we will come again soon!

4 night stay . First contact with Montenegro. Enchanting stay. Spacious villa, well furnished and above all a terrace where you can have breakfast, all meals in fact, with a magnificent view, night and day, far from the overcrowded and noisy coasts in a residential setting of villas, green and flowery. A large, enclosed garage a few meters away. Warm welcome despite our delay (long wait at customs). We enjoyed the small welcome gifts, (a good bottle of local wine, local cupcakes).

Simple but very nice apartment with balcony and terrace in a perfect location, literally 15 steps away from the water of the bay and with a spectacular view. The location in Rose is fabulous. Vijera is very helpful and friendly and always good to reach. Rose is a perfect place to relax and to escape a bit from the crowds in Herceg Novi. We stayed there 7 days and loved it! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

beautiful view! the house has everything you need. for 8-9 adult people the inside place is maybe a little to small, but for the cheap price: perfect! the communication with Sladjana and Ivana was great. thank you :)

Vladimir is an absolutely wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. He thoughtfully arranged so many extra things for us, making our experience even more enjoyable. Everyone should stay at Klinci, the photos really don't do it justice. It is so beautiful. It is in the middle of no where, you do need a car. There is a man made beach about 5 minutes drive away (Rose) where the swimming is rocky but very calm, clear water. Rose has two little restaurants too. The other two beaches described, we went to but weren't very impressed and didn't stay there. The apartment (White Oak Suite) was absolutely spotless and beautiful furnishings, very good quality linens, plenty of towels etc. The kitchen was very basic but sufficient for us, we didn't do any cooking. Excellent, reasonably priced breakfast. There were several power cuts whilst we were there but they only lasted a few minutes. The only let down is the shower. Water comes out not very hot, maybe just warm, for about 3 minutes, and then that's it. If there's two of you staying, you have to accept that one has a warm very brief shower, the other a cold. It should be better for the price.

This was our second time at Lavender Bay resort but first time in Sharon’s apartment - and what a beautiful apartment it is. Very modern, spacious and clean with a large balcony to eat or relax on and take in the wonderful view of the bay. The air conditioning throughout is a welcome relief from the high heat of the summer. The resort itself it well-maintained and peaceful - and though the pool area could be quite busy at certain times a day, it was still possible to get a lounger to relax on. The cafe onsite does good breakfasts and cocktails - and several restaurants are in walking distance (Tramontana beach restaurant was best) and plenty more a short drive away (Verige 65 is our favourite of all). All in all - a great holiday!
