Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Ortes gelegen. Vom Balkon oder Pool genießt man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Natur, Berge und in der Ferne das Meer. Der Gastgeber und sein liebenswerter Hund wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, jedoch in einem separatem Haus. Er achtete stets auf Privatsphäre und machte unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner Herzlichkeit unvergesslich. Selten erlebt man solch eine Gastfreundschaft mit so viel Fürsorge und Freundlichkeit! Jeden Morgen bereitete er uns ein herzhaftes Frühstück mit Gemüse aus eigner Ernte zu. Das Weinhaus befindet sich direkt am Pool, ist klimatisiert und überzeugt mit einer hübschen Einrichtung. Da es schon ein älteres Haus ist, kann es passieren, dass sich zeitweise Insekten hinein schleichen. Der Pool ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand sowie mit mehreren Liegen/ Stühlen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen & können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, insbesondere wenn man Entspannung sucht.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Suzanna and Peter’s apartment! It instantly felt like home. Everything is new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared for maximum comfort. They truly went above and beyond, from stocking the fridge with snacks, water, and beer to providing great local recommendatiins. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I needed. This was easily a 7-star experience. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem!!! In the heart of Herceg-Novi!! Close to everything! Market, restaurants, beaches and so on. Alexandra was a great host, so understanding and helpful in any way and if you are lucky enough to book her place, believe me or not, You will want to come back over and over again...

Vladimirs appartement offers everything you need for an outstanding vacation with a larger group, including comfy beds and an overall nicely layed out, well equipped and clean place. Outstanding are of course the view over the Herceg Novi bay from the balcony and the two pools on either side of the building. Just know that you will likely need a car, because the place is too remote for a vacation without one. Vladimir also provided great support and recommendations for our time in Montenegro

A casa é enorme. Éramos só eu e meu marido e sobrou espaço. A cozinha completa, tinha muitas panelas, frigideiras, óleo, sal, etc. Bom chuveiro e cama. Fácil comunicação. Até a cidade antiga de Herceg Novi são mais ou menos 30 min andando.. se tiver disposição.. não precisa do carro. Recomendamos!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Herceg Novi. Nikola met us when we arrived and gave us a thorough orientation to the place, as well as provided us with some excellent recommendations for places to eat. The parking in the underground garage is invaluable; Herceg Novi is a tight and steep town and you're going to be on foot to see it. The balcony was wonderful and a great place to have a morning espresso and watch the bay. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was great with plenty of hot water. The promenade is just a five minute walk down the stairs, and there's a handy market just a few minutes up. We would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Se réveiller le matin avec cette vue sensationnelle sur la mer est un vrai régal et de surcroît dans un environnement paisible et calme. Villa moderne avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine à débordement. Très bien équipée, rien ne manque : barbecue à proximité de la piscine, climatisation pour passer des nuits fraîches et très bien située pour visiter la baie de Kotor et ses nombreux villages. Nice apartment and well located to walk down to the old town and also on down to the seafront. Well equipped and clean & tidy apartment. Lovely sunny terrace with plenty of furniture to use. Garage was useful. Host was very helpful and good communication. Everything was great!
