Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
