Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Just a few kilometers from Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart, Mundelsheim is ideal for excursions in the area. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to explore our area. The nearby Neckar also offers opportunities for boat trips and relaxing walks on the shore.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
