Welcome to our modern and quietly located apartment with two separate bedrooms and private entrance. The apartment was only completed in mid-2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites vacationers, families or business travelers alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main River, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.
