The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

The Maison à Bamboche

In the Charentais vineyard, with family or friends, the Maison de Bamboche welcomes you in a peaceful setting located 12 km from Angoulême and 25 km from Cognac. You will have a large private and secure outdoor space. The interior design invites conviviality, relaxation and moments of sharing around many games. Canoeing, hiking and cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the banks of the Charente. Restaurants, guinguettes, cultural heritage and large Cognac houses await you.

The Chabourne of the City Walls

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic fully renovated chabourne offers panoramic views of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

To the sound of water on the river side

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

Only a 10-minute drive from downtown Angoulême and 30 minutes from Cognac, its location is unmissable. Interior with tasteful and comfortable decor, it has quality bedding and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a totem sink, a toilet and a shower.
