Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Our apartment, 40 square meters, is located on the south-facing terrace facing the garden, with an unobstructed view of the nature of our private house on the edge of the forest. Exclusive use of the terrace for guests and free parking on the property. The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Fulda 6 km downtown, 7 WeltenTherme 2 km, Wasserkuppe 14 km. Downtown Fulda 6 km.

A unique house for unique days... ...with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It is located in the large garden next to a second tiny house. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Hot tub for a fee!

Vacation home "Alte Mühle" Kleinsassen

Our beautiful apartment in the listed "Alte Mühle" is located in the artists' village of Kleinsassen in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, right at the foot of the Milseburg. It offers an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to nearby Fulda and the Rhön, and in summer use of the beautiful garden with pool. The apartment is quietly located and has a separate entrance. The Kunststation Kleinsassen offers culture vultures a great program and a nice cafe.

Here you will find a cozy room with private bathroom and a beautiful sunset view. Enjoy the tranquility in the Thuringian Forest, allow yourself time to be active or creative. Try Yoga on the terrace as a self practise or train your boulder skills Winter season in Oberhof: our accommodation is a cheap, not too far away option for sports enthusiasts! Newly designed, cozy 1-room apartment with modern kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher, microwave (grilling and baking) as well as induction stove and fridge. Coffee capsule machine available, as well as all kitchen utensils. The apartment has a 180 cm wide bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed. TV, Wi-Fi, shower and toilet. An additional balcony facing south/east is ideal for breakfast and dreaming.

Our apartment is characterized by the special location with far-reaching views of the Rhön panorama, e.g. water soup and Milseburg. The Ulmenstein extra tour and a star park as well as the Basaltsee Ulmenstein are in the immediate vicinity. The baroque town of Fulda is only 20 km away. There you can explore the beautiful cathedral,the great old town and many other beautiful excursion destinations.

Modern and stylish Rhön home (80 m²)

The apartment (approx. 80 square meters) was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped to a high standard. It is centrally located in the Rhön municipality of Hilders. It is an attic apartment that connects to my parents' residential and commercial building. The first floor as well as the second floor are connected by an open staircase to the attic apartment.
